We’re rolling out a series of small but crucial upgrades to make Atlas smoother, faster, and more intuitive. Here’s what’s new:

Zoom In/Out on Images

You can now zoom in and out of images right inside your Atlas inbox for better visibility. Perfect for inspecting screenshots, receipts, and detailed documents.

Choose Your Notification Sound

Customize how Atlas notifies you! Pick between:

🎵 Waterclick - A crisp, subtle notification

🔔 Doorbell - A classic, attention-grabbing chime

Head to Profile Settings > Notifications to make your choice.

New Hotkeys for Faster Ticketing

We’re making it easier (and faster) to navigate your inbox:

Close a ticket with E (We’ll phase out “C” soon)
Change ticket status with S

Better Ticket Selection for Bulk Actions

We’ve increased the click area for easier multi-ticket selection—making it faster to handle multiple requests at once.
