The Dialpad integration enables you to call customers directly from within Atlas, with all call activity and transcripts conveniently displayed in the customer timeline. Keep customer records in sync between Atlas and Dialpad for streamlined communication.
How it works
After connecting your Atlas account with Dialpad, Atlas will automatically pull in all SMS and phone call data made through Dialpad. Transcripts of these calls are also retrieved and displayed in the customer timeline, providing a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
Configure
To configure Dialpad with Atlas, go to
App Configuration > Integration > Dialpad .
